Day 1: Departure from Ahmedabad, overnight train journey (Train: 19223/Jammu Tawi Express)
Day 2: Arrival at Pathankot, Departure for Manali
Day 3: Day for Acclimatisation & Sightseeing at Naggar
Day 4: Drive from Manali to Kaza via Rohtang Pass, Night Stay at Kaza
Day 5: Visit Tabo, Dhankar & evening in Kaza market, Night Stay at Kaza
Day 6: Koumik village, Langza, Hikkim and Key monastery
Day 7: Drive to Chandratal Lake & Return to Manali camp
Day 8: Free day for sightseeing in Manali, Departure for Pathankot after Dinner
Day 9: Departure for Ahmedabad (Train: 19224/Jammu Tawi Express)
Day 10: Arrival at Ahmedabad
The schedule is subject to change as per the weather conditions. Any change in schedule or cancellation of the trek can be done without giving any prior information.
Kindly take a humble note that this is an adventurous camping planned to project youth into adventure and Himalayan exploration. Please do not consider this as a tour and Invincible as a tour operator. Our idea is purely to serve adventure with heritage touch.
*For Delhi to Delhi Package, only bus Ticket booking is considered from Delhi & back. Invincible is not responsible if the bus gets delay or for any other issues regarding it. Also Travelling to campsite from bus stop is excluded.
Cancellation would be granted by the Project Manager or Higher Authorities on receiving cancellation request through registered mail ID only. The cancellation Amount will be counted on total fees only.
The refund amount will be paid in 7 to 12 working days through an AC payee cheque.
Before more than 40 days of expedition, 10%
Before 21 to 40 days of expedition, 25%
Before 11 to 20 days of expedition, 40%
Before 1 to 10 days of expedition, 60%
In last 24 hours of Departure, 90%
✓ This is an Adventure Camp and not a leisure tour, so we expect a high level of discipline
✓ Participants will have to follow the instructions clearly given by the volunteer/guide, Misbehave/Arguing with the volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues
✓ Smoking, Alcohol, Tobacco & Abusive Language are strictly prohibited and if anyone found suspect in such cases, the participation will be terminated and no further service/return ticket/refund will be offered then after
✓ Accommodation & Sanitary Facilities for Girls & Boys are separate
✓ Punctuality is taken as serious matter
✓ In case of unforeseen conditions, the schedule/itinerary can be modified/cancelled
✓ Invincible reserves all rights to cancel/shorten/modify the itinerary, and the final decision is authorized with the trustee team

There are 2 way for fees payment...
Registration is considered as confirmed only on fees submission.
The registration will be done on first come first serve basis and advanced booking can be made by paying ₹6000. However, the remaining fees must be paid before 20 days of departure.
How to organize a special camp?
